JOB DESCRIPTION Designation: Senior Executive -Treasury Location Gurgaon,Sector 68 Experience: 5+Years Qualification: LLB Key Responsibilities: Drafting and vetting of Agreements: Negotiating, drafting and vetting agreements such as services agreements, lease agreements, SAAS agreement, NDAs, vendor agreements and other commercial agreements etc. Contract and litigation management: Record keeping and ensuring effective management of contracts. Keeping record of all litigations etc. Legal Research: Conducting legal research on various issues and provide advice and legal opinions pertaining to various commercial, business and contractual issues and matters.
