MIS & Operations Effective management of Customer Relationships, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing timely clarification of queries in co-ordination with Managers, Back-end and Front-end on the first level through system access Interacting & developing repo with all external/internal constituents of the client at all levels; for maximum client retention and achievement of revenues, pitching cross-sell by providing a one-stop solution to the segment client.
Responsibility: Job responsibility includes: Coordinating with across sites and Verticals for weekly reports. Preparing daily walk-ins and booking performance reports. Monthly Incentive data. GTN summary. Sales operations process Brokerage & Ladder invoicing process Policy updates Channel Helpdesk management Reap ID creation & Documentation Conflict resolutions SDFC team support Maintaining Ola Dashboard Budget management for across site SPOC.
Preparing Monthly, Weekly, EOD reports along with Performance data
Contracted Vendor management/ Vendor Intimation/Vendor registration
Handling of Marketing Collateral at the site.
Helping the inter-department (MIS) with blocking and booking
Managed billing for Channel partners brokerage
