    Job Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager Real Estate to lead and drive sales performance across residential/commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, strong team leadership skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets

    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for real estate projects

    • Generate leads through channel partners, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns

    • Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners

    • Conduct site visits, client presentations, and negotiations

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies

    • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

    • Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth deal closures

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

    • 2-6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 12 years in a team-handling role

    • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

    • Experience working with channel partners and brokers

    • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

    • Strong leadership and people management skills
