Job Description

    A Customer Service Executive is responsible for handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complaints efficiently. They serve as the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients.


    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
    2. Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
    3. Order Processing: Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
    4. Complaint Handling: Manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
    5. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
    6. Follow-up: Ensure customer concerns are resolved by following up with relevant departments.
    7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
    8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention.
    9. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
    10. Upselling & Cross-Selling (if applicable): Recommend products or services that meet customer needs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education: High school diploma or bachelors degree in any field.
    • Experience: 1-3 years in customer service, call centers, or client handling roles.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle difficult customers and find solutions effectively.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and customer service tools.
    • Multitasking Ability: Manage multiple customer requests efficiently.
    • Empathy & Patience: Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism and understanding.
    • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
