Job Summary:Receptionist / sales The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office. Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors: Welcome and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answering Calls: Manage incoming phone calls, transferring them to the appropriate departments and taking messages when necessary. Managing Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and office supply management. Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures). Assisting Visitors: Offer refreshments and ensure visitors have a positive experience. Security: Monitor access to the building, ensuring visitor logs are maintained and security protocols are followed. Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned. Sales Generation: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development and marketing teams. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Continuous Improvement: Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration is a plus. Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Personal Attributes: Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the [industry].
