Job Description

Job Summary

The role holder is part of Wealth Management Core platform tribe and participate actively in the Testing delivery of Core Platform tribe roadmap as well as lead/support the achievement of Tribe OKRs.

UAT Management

  • Leveraging lessons learned from the previous market implementations UAT effort for the remaining in scope countries, considering the CoE model and aggressive implementation plan
  • Manage a team of UAT testers accountable for the documentation of test scenarios and scripts for the end-to-end testing of new country-specific requirements and regression testing of existing functionality
  • Identify test data required to complete the test activities
  • Develop a detailed schedule to monitor and track progress of test activities
  • Ensure that all test cycles are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage changes to the test scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Leverage test automation tools and testing best practise available within the Bank, to ensure successful and timely execution
  • Measure and evidence test success using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Management of the defect identification and correction process
  • Report and escalate key risks and issues to management as needed

Strategy

Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with WM Business, COO/ Operations, T&I, Risk & Compliance and Group Internal Audit to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups to support the tribe deliverables

Business

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

People & Talent

  • Demonstrate and act as a role model of the Group s values and culture in the region
  • Lead and support a change in mindset, building a culture of client centricity, agility, and accountability through standardised metrics and measurement
  • Set effective metrics and standards, transparently communicating them to squads
  • Ensure squad capacity is reviewed to enable delivery of client outcomes.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Functional Partners including Operations, T&I, Risk, Compliance, HR, Finance, Legal, Audit, etc.

Other Responsibilities

Ideal candidates should have

  • 5 to 7 years experience in a Test management role of a bank, or business analysis role.
  • Proven test management experience and Defect management experience
  • Knowledge of all aspects of the software development life cycle
  • Experience in a wide variety of testing tools and techniques
  • Detailed understanding of common project management methodologies
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in working with technology project teams, if there is experience representing business, it will be a significant plus.
  • Strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline
  • Excellent professional skills, including verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
