Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Team Lead to join our dynamic team at Kale Logistics Solutions Pvt Ltd. As the Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers and driving the successful delivery of software development projects. The role is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India and is a Full-Time position. Qualifications And Skills More than 10 years of. experience in software development Strong knowledge of web application development using .NET Core, Angular, and web APIs Proven track record in leading and managing software development teams Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience in managing client expectations and building strong client relationships Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and prioritize deliverables Plan, execute, and track software development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the development cycle Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development Implement and enforce software development methodologies and processes Manage client expectations and ensure timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
