Job Description
- Manage SIM activations at retail outlets to ensure targets are met.
- Drive revenue growth and market share by expanding retail reach and maintaining consistent product availability.
- Supervise and enhance the performance of channel partners and Field Sales Executives (FSE).
- Provide training and guidance to distributors, ensuring proper support for FSE resources.
- Ensure distributors and retailers maintain optimal stock levels.
- Strengthen the distribution network by increasing the number of Recharge Selling Outlets and SIM-selling points.
- Maintain a strong sales focus to meet and exceed channel objectives.
- Monitor and drive key distribution metrics, including ROI for distributors and retailers.
- Analyze competitor activities, policies, and initiatives, and report findings to the JC and State Sales & Distribution teams.
- Propose strategies to improve brand visibility and sales performance in the assigned territory.
- Deep knowledge of product offerings and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to utilize digital tools to enhance sales performance.
