About the Role: Looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset who shall help us raise the bar in our e-commerce operations.
Specific (but not limited to) responsibilities:
1. Create a data science system within the company that ensures a faster feedback loop within operating teams.
2. Be an active member of the core team that ideates and executes our key growth plans.
3. Looks at -> each constituent teams within the company and analyses the input & output of the team; and questions -> how can this operation be made more efficient so that we are able to provide a better experience to the customer.
4. Anything and everything that needs to be fixed in order to provide a superior experience to the customer.
Skill-sets that we are looking for:
1. Whole brain thinking - very sharp analytically and at the same time understands the irrationalities of the world.
2. Very very good with handling data and excel. Knowing SQL programming is a sure shot plus.
3. Highly self-driven.
4. Super story building skills with data.
5. Superb communication and people skills.
