Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
2+ years experience in a Team Lead or 1 year as Assistant Manager role.
Any Graduate degree (preferred IT-related field).
ITIL Certification (or ITIL trained) is highly desirable!
Key Responsibilities:
Escalation Rate Minimize escalations by empowering the team and solving issues before escalation.
SLA Compliance Ensure that service level agreements are met, ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability.
Ticket Volume Handling Manage and oversee ticket volume, ensuring all tickets are handled effectively.
