Job Description

    • Job Title -Technical Support Engineer
    • Qualifications - BE in IT / Computer Engineering / Electronics Engineering
    • Experience - 0-1 year

    Objective of the Role: To manage and ensure the smooth operations of technical systems related to vending machines

    Responsibilities:      

    • Understanding the flow of ensure system.      
    • Guiding technicians with new installation.      
    • Finding bugs in the system.      
    • To monitor and maintain Instago vending machine hardware and software systems and identifying bugs or issues observed on the installed machines.       
    • Providing support to technicians in the configuration of the machine.       
    • Work with software developers and project support teams.       
    • Install and configure computer hardware, software, networks and applications.      
    • Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.       
    • Respond to technical support calls from other staff members or technicians and communicate how to resolve issues.        Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.       
    • Support the roll-out of new applications.       
    • Keep a record of issues, along with solutions, to refer to in future instances.        
    • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.

    Technical Skill Set Required:      

    • Good knowledge computer hardware, software, networks and applications      
    • Analyzing error occurring

    • Understanding system workflows and processes      
    • Debugging and analyzing system performance
