Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will oversee internet networks, managed switches, Active Directory, server networks, CCTV systems, IP-based PA systems, and AV interactive panels. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, optimizing network performance, and ensuring system security. Key Responsibilities: Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and maintain managed switches and routers. Ensure optimal performance and uptime of internet networks. Implement and manage VLANs, QoS, and other network protocols. Active Directory & Server Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory. Maintain and troubleshoot server networks, including backups and disaster recovery. Monitor server health and ensure software updates and patches are applied. CCTV and Security Systems: Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. Monitor and troubleshoot camera and recording issues. Ensure secure access and data retention policies for surveillance footage. IP-Based PA System Management: Configure and maintain IP-based public address systems. Integrate with existing network infrastructure for centralized control. Troubleshoot and resolve audio transmission issues. AV Interactive Panels: Install and manage IP-based AV interactive panels. Ensure seamless integration with network and other systems. Provide support for software and hardware issues. System Security and Optimization: Monitor and secure networks against unauthorized access and vulnerabilities. Conduct regular audits and implement security best practices. Optimize network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and changes. Generate reports on system performance and security incidents. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred. Proven experience in managing complex IT networks and systems. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, Active Directory, and server management. Familiarity with CCTV, IP-based PA systems, and AV interactive panels is a plus. Skills Required: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong understanding of network security principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication skills for coordination with stakeholders. Work Environment: Onsite role with occasional remote troubleshooting. May require availability for on-call support during emergencies.
