Company Description we suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer at Spectra Luminaires Pvt. Ltd. located in Manesar,Gurgaon. The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, recruitment and building up the marketing team, managing campaigns and brand building excercise and analyzing metrics to determine campaign effectiveness. Qualifications Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role from LED lighting / Interior products / home automation / building item / sanitary industry with proven track record of business development and marketing. must have experience of working with architects, lighting consultants , MEP consultants , real estate and hospitality Industry. Demonstrable experience in developing long term sustainable efficient strategies and business plans for business development and marketing Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g., social media) and non-digital (e.g., press) channels Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Graduate engineer or MBA in business administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field Strong analytical and project management skills Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns is a plus Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement,
