Senior Manager Finance Operations Job in @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

The Manager - Finance Operations (Accounts Receivable) will oversee AR operations, ensuring timely billing, collections, dispute resolution, and reporting. The role requires expertise in Oracle ERP and experience in leading global teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation. 2. Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements. 3. Lead and mentor a team of AR associates, ensuring performance targets are met. 4. Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve escalations and implement best practices. 5. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and SOX controls. 6. Monitor KPIs like DSO, unapplied cash, and aging reports, taking corrective actions as needed. 7. Utilize Oracle ERP systems to optimize AR processes and reporting. 8. Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in AR processes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters or CA/CPA preferred). 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, specifically Accounts Receivable. Strong Oracle ERP expertise (Accounts Receivable module is a must). Proven leadership experience managing global teams and driving outcomes. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.,
