Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for civil engineering projects and real estate development. Define project objectives and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of real estate and construction projects. Responsible for feasibility studies, risk assessments, and project cost estimations. Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure optimal utilization of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies. Liaise with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals. Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols across all stages of construction. Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements at the project site. Conduct regular site audits to monitor compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms. Prepare and present project status reports, including financial updates, timelines, and milestones, to senior management. Manage and verify contractor and vendor invoices against work completed. Identify and mitigate risks related to project execution, legal matters, and market dynamics. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. MBA or a Masters degree in Project Management is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction techniques, structural principles, and building materials. Proven track record in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Expertise in construction techniques, quality control measures, and safety standards. Years Of Experience 15 +years of on-site experience in construction, preferably in High rise real estate projects.
