- Job Title: Backend Engineering (Golang) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Bangalore/Pune Work Mode: WFH (Partially Onsite whenever required) Note: They need to Visit Bangalore/Pune office once in a while. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Cross-functional Collaboration: Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team to design, develop, and implement new products and integrations. Align technical strategies with business goals to drive the success of the League platform. Code Quality and Maintenance: Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Fix bugs and optimize system performance. Create and maintain automated tests to ensure robust and reliable code. Technical Strategy: Help to align technical strategy with business goals, ensuring that development efforts are in sync with organizational objectives. Experience and Skills: Experience: 6+ years of software development experience, with a focus on backend engineering. Strong proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services. Technical Skills: Familiarity with database management systems, specifically MongoDB. Experience with Google Cloud Platform services. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Concourse. Proven experience in building scalable, fault-tolerant web services and APIs. Strong knowledge of and demonstrated experience with writing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively understand requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Personal Attributes: Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and technical challenges. Innovative mindset with a passion for developing cutting-edge solutions.
