Job Description
- Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Should have basic knowledge on Mainframe System Architecture and zOS concepts. Should have hands-on-experience in RACF panel & Vanguard tool, ACF2 etc. Good knowledge about RACF Attributes, Groups, Dataset & General resource profiles. Should be able to create User ID, groups and assign user attributes etc. Should have good knowledge on RACF commands and RACF panel navigation. Should be able to understand and provide access based on their roles and requirements. Should be able to judge "Right access provided to right person" since it can cause critical impact to system if provided incorrectly. Should have diagnostic ability to find the access error and provide access to correct RACF resources. Able to understand the concept of certificates, Private & public rings. Able to submit cert request for certificate renewal and install the new certificate and verify the same. Able to perform both internal & external audits and feedback when asked from Auditors. Basic understanding on RACF Setropts, Utilities and programs. Create, update, and review standard operating procedures regularly. Advanced trouble shooting skills and identify the severity of the issue, Ability to Resolving issues quickly to account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA In depth Knowledge on ITIL processes like Incident management, Problem Management, Configuration management and Change Management processes. Candidate should have been in a customer facing role with excellent communication skills. Strong technical knowledge and eagerness to learn new technologies.
