Role Title: Unit Sales Manager - Branch Banking
Business Group: Retail
Vertical: Branch Banking
Location: Pune, Nagpur, Solapur, Nashik and Goa
Key Stakeholders: Customers, Banks, and Agents
Role Purpose:
- Oversee channel management within the designated area.
- Build and sustain relationships with channel partners and branch personnel.
- Organize and deliver training sessions for branch staff, focusing on private banking relationship managers to enhance the cross-selling of general insurance products.
- Conduct weekly visits to assigned ICICI bank branches to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
- Execute sales strategies aimed at revenue generation and target achievement.
- Address objections and support the sales processes conducted by the channel.
- Focus on retention strategies, particularly for health insurance products.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Relationship Management.
- Minimum of 1 year of Health Insurance Sales experience with solid product knowledge.
- Strong Stakeholder Management capabilities.
- Familiarity with the GI/SAHI industry.
Competencies:
- Effective Problem Solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full-time/Part-time Graduate/Post Graduate.
- MBA with a focus on marketing is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
