Position: Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Sales Manager from a real estate background who is ready to grow with a high-performing team. If you have a flair for sales and in-depth knowledge of the property market, this is your chance to shine.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to prospective buyers.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Stay updated on market trends and property developments in Noida.

 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in real estate sales.
• Good understanding of the Noida/Delhi NCR property market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, confident, and enthusiastic.
