Job Description

Hiring for Voice and Accent Trainer for one of the biggest brand name in in the industry.


Experience: 5 years - 8 Years

Location: Gurugram

Notice Period: Immediate - 30 days

Shifts: Rotational


Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct communication training batches

2. Manage internal and external stakeholders, publish updates/dashboards on periodic basis

3. Maintain training performance in terms of throughput, training feedback, timely closure of training batches

4. Control training attrition

5. Conduct TNA, conduct regular refreshers and improve performance for BQ batches

6. Building capabilities at Sr. associate and supervisor levels (upto TL & AMs)

7. Ensure documentation (training SOPs, etc.) and data are managed well

8. Collaborate with various departments in the organization

9. Drive projects at account level

10. Engage in upskilling/cross-skilling for self

11. Design & Develop content incl. simulations



Eligibility & skills:

a. Graduate from any stream

b. Comm. training & coaching exp.

c. Proficient is sounds, pronunciation, grammar (esp. functional grammar), soft skills, culture (US/UK)

d. Ability to build a connect with trainees and keep them engaged

e. Ability to motivate and resolve team grievances

f. Strong performance management skills to improve agent performance

g. Very good/excellent verbal and written communication skills

h. Good presentation skills, including preparing and delivering

i. Computer skills - Microsoft Office, Remote meeting tools (e.g. Teams, Zoom, etc.)

j. Good analytical skills

k. Should be a quick learner and adapt to changes

l. Experience: Min. 2-3 yrs of comm. training exp.
