Roles and Responsibilities
To identify potential HNI customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
To build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handlings objections/cancellations thus ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. To prepare sales proposals & sales presentations for prospective clients.
Regular liaison sales/Pre-sales and Member Relations Department.
Target setting of the Relationship Managers Monthly & Annually.
Ensure to maintain a healthy co-ordination with all functions & teams
Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer base
Engage with customers and the team to have continuous feedback and drive the product growth accordingly. Responsible for hiring, managing and motivating the Team and Individual performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have a strong leadership skills & Willing to work in a highly competitive & Target Driven environment Should be a superb multitask and hustler, would be involved in managing people
Multi-Tasking-Should have good experience in sales and execution
Planning/Organizing- Sales Strategies with the team on a regular basis
