Networking Engineer | NOC Team Job Description Summary of Position:- They should have hands-on on Technologies Remote Support 24/7 Monitoring of Logs, Alerts, and Dash Boards Incident Identification & Recording Provide level 1 support to address the incident Prioritize and assign tickets to respective teams. Follow escalation matrix Primary Responsibilities Remote Support Cisco Router & Switches, Networking Network Devices. Monitoring of Log Assign tickets to respective teams. Follow the escalation matrix. Requirements Graduate 12th +3 years polytech Diploma. 1 to 2 Years Experience and 1-Year core experience in NOC Team & Remote Support. Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal). Team Handling, Report Generation, Presentation skill. Flexible to learn and upgrade. Languages- Hindi/ English and can understand Gujarati is preferrable. Skills:- Remote support, Dashboard, Routers, Team Management, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Computer Networking,
