- Job Description Impeccable communication skills, visualization and ability to Demonstrate effectively. Understanding Use Case / User/Client requirements . Explaining how the ITSM system works Must have Handson and Proven track record exposure towards Network Monitoring Solutions and Approach Certification: Zabbix Certified Professional (Optional), CCNA Exposure to Additional Monitoring solutions would considered Added value L3 Level implementation & Handson Exposure towards Stake holder Management, Requirement Gathering, Solutioning, Design, Project plan and Implementation L1/L2 Level Exposure to Network LAN / WAN Configurations Management and Functions. Ability to Manage, Track and Report the Project Phases Kye Milestones Agile based work approach Time and Criticality bound execution with flexibility towards business criticalities and needs. Implementation exposure of best practices Able to build great visualizations.Reporting , Dashboard Creation, Dashboard enhancements, Threshold Calibration, Alert Dictionaries and Alert Curation/Calibration Exposure to Integrations/Configurations Should have had exposure and willingness to Own end to end Phases starting with Solutioning , Implementation and sustenance support. Creatively solve business problems by aligning customer requirements with system capabilities. If theres a process gap, bridge it. Develop reports that reveal insights, workflows that streamline processes, and complex queries that dig deep into the systems soul Enable Monitoring , Dashboards, Event Trigger , Prioritize & Alerting Version Control and Patch Management: Hands on Exposure with patch vulnerabilities, and prune away any thorny issues.,
