Job Description

Position: BDE/BDM 
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 0 to 4 years
CTC: 4 to 5 LPA + Travelling Allowances
Qualification: Graduate/MBA Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Individuals will be required to acquire new Corporates for bb instant in a specified territory.
  • Explain the products, features, and benefits to the customers.
  • Ensure servicing and warm acceptance of bb instant across the corporate crowd.
  • Ensuring Client Set Up, welcome call, and managing the first 3 months to ensure smooth Activation.
  • Ensuring month-on-month revenue growth
  • Get maximum Activations through a location and achieve the activations target.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team for their closure Sites and plan your and your teams Launch dates and activities for the location.
  • Do Site analysis for launch events.
Desired Profile:
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Effective Conflict Resolution Negotiation Skills
  • Should be ready to do cold calling and Field visits to the corporate segment
  • Excellent Relationship Building and Time Management Skills
  • Most recent experience should be 1-2 years in corporate sale
