Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with the internal stakeholders and recruiters to understand the current hiring needs
• Design a strategic recruitment plan to fulfill business needs of top talent from the industry
• Owning the entire recruitment life cycle till offer conversion
• Identify relevant profiles from multiple sourcing portals and pitch the relevant role to them
• Motivating employees to share referrals and processing the same on priority
• Reducing the overall TAT in processing a candidate
• Maintaining relevant candidate information and interview status
• Assist in post offer engagement and onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer
• 6 months contract
• Strong understanding of technical roles and ability to pitch the opportunity
• Good in innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels for finding new candidates
• Familiarity with relevant recruitment tools and programs (applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
• A go-getter attitude and ability to take end to end ownership of assigned roles
• Dealing with Ambiguity - Ability to handle unclear and unpredictable situations. This is the ability to work in absence of complete information and having confidence of taking decisions based on data, experience and market assessment
