Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the leave application and return-to-work processes to Work one-on-one with employees and provide the best employee experience. Oversee the end-to-end process of leave requests as per Canadian laws Ensure accurate and timely documentation, tracking, and reporting of leave data. Stay updated on relevant employment laws, and regulations, to leave management in Canada. Stakeholder management. Address sensitive situations requiring leave options and accompany the employee in the resolution of their case. Facilitate a smooth return to work process for the employee upon the end of their leave. Upon employee's start or return from leave, work alongside HR, Managers, and Business leads. Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for end-to-end processing of leave requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Proactively address issues related to a leave that may impact the employee and ensure proper communication occurs. Track daily actions, monitor case progress, prioritize tasks by level of urgency, and comply with country regulations. Microsoft Excel, Reporting, and Analytics skills RequirementsHaving relevant experience of minimum 2 years to 5 years. Comfortable with Night Shift. Having Stakeholder management exp.
