Job Description Dear , We are currently hiring experienced US Mortgage Underwriters for a rapidly growing organization with opportunities available in Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai. Role Overview: As a Mortgage Underwriter, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing loan applications to ensure compliance with established guidelines. This includes analyzing borrower financial information, appraisals, and credit reports to make sound lending decisions. Your keen eye for detail and ability to evaluate risk will be crucial in approving or declining mortgage loans while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly review loan documentation and borrower eligibility. Conduct risk analysis to assess loan viability. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Communicate effectively with loan processors and originators. Requirements: Proven experience as a Mortgage Underwriter (minimum 2+ years). In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan processes and regulations. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Locations: Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai. We are looking for applicants who can join by 21st October 2024 and comfortable for night shifts.
