Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager (AM) in Genpact's Mortgage division, your role will involve auditing data transactions, handling client calls, and ensuring adherence to defined performance parameters. You will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in managing changes in documentation processes and identifying issues through audits and feedback. Additionally, you will act as the single point of contact in a multi-shift environment. Key Responsibilities: - Audit data transactions and ensure accuracy - Handle client calls and address queries effectively - Assist the Team Leader in managing changes in documentation processes - Identify issues through audits and feedback - Act as the single point of contact in a multi-shift environment Qualifications Required: Minimum qualifications: - Graduation (B.
