Grasps UX principles, creates intuitive, user-friendly designs elevating the user experience significantly. Injects dynamism, interactivity into designs with animation expertise, captivating audiences effectively. Crafts seamless experiences, enhances engagement, retention, setting products apart in competitive markets effectively. Brings valuable expertise from previous experience in a business-to-business organization. Holds a degree in design, equipped with foundational knowledge and skills from formal education. Working hours Monday to Saturday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Responsibilities Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts. Design intuitive user interfaces for websites and applications, focusing on usability and user experience. Develop and maintain brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, and typography. Conduct user research and testing to optimize user experiences and interactions with digital products. Create engaging motion graphics and animations to enhance storytelling and user engagement. Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design alignment with business goals and objectives. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design iterations to continuously improve and refine designs.
