• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems and replace defective components when necessary.
• Assembling, Installation, Maintenance of the laptops.
• Troubleshooting Network connectivity (LAN) issues.
• Installing and updating the service pack, Windows Patches and Antivirus for secured environment.
• Software installations such as MS-Office, Acrobat Reader, etc.
