Desired Candidate Profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst for Life Insurance / Health Insurance / P&C Insurance
• US or any other international market exposure in Life Insurance / Health Insurance / P&C Insurance will be add an advantage
• Understanding of Insurance business processes
• Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of Underwriting, Risk ratings, Reinsurance, commission/ payments in Insurance domain.
• Understanding and exposure in documentation of requirement, preparing BRD, use cases, user stories etc.
• Understanding of the Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies
• Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantage. 
• Understanding of application landscape in the Insurance business
• Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements
