Job Description:
As a Fashion Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at our branded outlet.

Reports To: Store Manager / Retail Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting clothing, accessories, and apparel that suit their preferences and needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their style and ensuring satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including product displays and cleanliness.
• Use POS systems effectively and manage customer data using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or a fashion-related field.
• Passion for Fashion: Strong knowledge of current trends, styles, and brands.
• Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
