Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Ben Admin/Absence Management Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, specializing in Benefits Administration (Ben Admin) and Absence Management modules. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting PeopleSoft Ben Admin/Absence Management solutions, ensuring smooth integration and operation within the organizations HCM environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure PeopleSoft Ben Admin/Absence Management modules to meet client needs. Perform system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Support the end-to-end implementation process, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Provide subject matter expertise in PeopleSoft Ben Admin and Absence Management best practices and functionalities. Assist in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance related to Ben Admin and Absence Management modules. Train end-users and provide documentation on new functionalities, processes, and system changes. Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and report generation. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Ben Admin/Absence Management functions.,
