- Job Description: As a Principal Consultant specializing in Azure API Management Service Support at Genpact, you will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve integrating APIs into applications, maintaining Azure APIM gateways, monitoring API performance, ensuring security and compliance, providing technical support, and enforcing API access policies. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with development teams to integrate APIs into applications and services seamlessly. - Maintain and ensure the operational efficiency of Azure APIM gateways and management platforms. - Monitor and analyze API performance and usage metrics to optimize service efficiency. - Implement authentication and authorization protocols to guarantee the security and compliance of APIs. - Provide technical support, documentation, and promote best practices for API usage. - Develop and enforce policies and protocols to regulate API access for security and compliance purposes. Qualification Required: Minimum Qualifications: - BE/ B Tech/ MCA Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Proficiency in API design and management tools, specifically Azure API Management Service. - Strong knowledge of security protocols such as OAuth, JWT, and SSL/TLS. - Hands-On experience in integrating APIs with APIM service using Azure DevOps tool. - Solid understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot API issues.,
