JOB PURPOSE

Responsible & Accountable for Overall end to end Quality Assurance of Cabin and child parts

As an MR I am Responsible for adherence to an Integrated Management system-safety, Environment, and Quality

A. Key Accountabilities

• Zero customer complaints and Zero Customer returns
• Zero nonconformity during customer and third-party audits,
• Copq and QA Manpower cost within the target
• Safety audit,5S audit, Internal audit, Process audit, Product Audit Process stabilization

Customer rating above 95%

• Improvements Quality circle, Kaizens, Quality improvement projects

B. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

• Process Knowledge
• Meeting standards
• Product Knowledge

C. SKILL REQUIRED

• End to End Quality Assurance/Quality Planning
• Customer Issue handling
• Problem-solving using the right tools
