Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Need to handle SS Reactors, GLR Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFD, RCVD, different types of
filters like Leaf filters, MTF etc.
- Need to Maintain and follow GMP guidelines requires knowledge of GMP & CGMP
practices.
- Maintain Schedule on cleaning of Batch to Batch as per records and Maintain Log books
upto date.
- Need required Knowledge of safety and proper usage of PPE'S in Production Areas.
- Need experience of clean room operations, miller, blender, micronizer, handling
experience.
- Reviewing documentation and ensuring all in-process checks are carried out as per the
standard operating process
- Maintaining good manufacturing practices and conditions suitable for production of
quality goods
- Communicating any equipment breakdown to the maintenance team
- Checking, maintaining, sourcing and planning sufficient and quality stock of materials
and chemicals
- Developing standard operating procedures to improve efficiency
- Facilitating audits as a production team member
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be B. Sc - Chemistry, Diploma-Chemical Engineering
- Must have 1 to 5 Years experience.
