Description:Job Title- Accounts Executive- 1
Location- Visakhapatnam Plant
Qualifications required for the role:
Essential
- B. Com from recognized university or M. Com/MBA is also allowed
Desired
- Experience of handling Procurement process/ vendor payments of a large quantum
- Experience in Manufacturing setup/ Project sites is preferred
Total years of experience: 2-3 years
Job Purpose:
- Ensuring Timely and accurate accounting, purchase order creation, and vendor payments for the projects.
Job Primary Responsibilities:
GR/ SE and Vendor Invoice processing for payments:
- Proper checking of invoices and other documents (ABG, PBG etc.) submitted by vendors, doing GR/ SE in SAP, raising DPR for advance release and forwarding invoices for payment processing.
- Maintaining trackers (Invoices, ABG, PBG etc.)
- Release of payments within agreed times with vendor and no wrong payment.
- Good understanding about budget and preparation of Budget related MIS reports.
- Scrutiny of Expenses related GL and identification of wrong posting GL
- Basic understanding capex and capitalization process.
- Review of GRIR clearing accounts.
- Budget Monitoring.

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):
- Ensuring proper Checking of documents related to procurements and payments and ensuring compliances
b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):
- No reportee
c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)
- AP
d) Corporate Coverage (Company-wide / Business Unit or Function-wide / Sub-function-wide / Other):
- Supply chain (Manufacturing Technology function)
Functional Competencies:
- Conceptual clarity about Accounting literature
Ability to read, write and speak Telugu
Good communication skills, Good Liasoning skills.
