Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development: Sell insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to new and existing clients, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to identify potential clients and provide personalized insurance solutions.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on insurance products, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
5. Quoting and Proposing: Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients.
6. Policy Servicing: Provide ongoing policy servicing, including policy changes, claims, and renewals.
7. Marketing and Prospecting: Participate in marketing and prospecting activities to generate new business leads.
8. Reporting Maintain accurate records, submit sales reports, and perform administrative tasks as required.
