Job Description
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, email marketing, and telemarketing.
- Promote ISO standards and certification services (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 21001, ISO45001, ISO50001)
- Meet prospective clients, understand their certification requirements, and present suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers. -Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain daily activity reports, client data, and follow-ups in CRM/MIS. -Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth execution of certification projects.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Good communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards and certification processes (preferred). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field work.
- Any graduate from a recognized university.
- 6-12 months of experience in sales and marketing (B2B preferred).
- Experience in ISO certification, consultancy, or service industry will be an added advantage.
