Job Description
1. Job Objective
- City Operations Head is responsible for creating policies to help achieve goals and coordinate business operations to fulfil customer or client expectations.
- They ensure compliance regarding the operational side of the business, such as data management and safety standards.
- City Operations Head manages relationships with clients, customers and other stakeholders and provides a point of escalation for any customer service issues that arise. 2. Primary responsibilities
- Managing budgets
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
- Analyzing productivity data and optimizing staffing and production capacity
- Using historical records to forecast future operational patterns
- Maintaining a working knowledge of their industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector
- Working closely with other heads of departments to improve efficiency
- Creating and delivering presentations
- Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability
- Make provision for the development and management of the organisations technological infrastructure and information systems
- Be the driving force in identifying and developing new opportunities for the organisation to sustain growth
- Lead, manage and motivate employees to deliver high performance results
- Actively promote equality and diversity in the workforce
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
