Job Description

* To recruit, monitor and develop Agency Partners (Agency Partners are the business partners those who get high incentive on business and fixed salary too along with other benefits like PF, Gratuity, ESI)
* Basically we follow the BA model
* To facilitate the agency partner to recruit agents under them
* To source business from the Agency Partners and their advisors too
* To organize Business Opportunity Presentations in order to recruit APs and their advisors
* To upgrade the skill set of the Agency Partners and their agents by joint field work
* Daily reporting to the Location Managing Partner
* Ensure the APs and the agents undergo specific trainings as and when required
