Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiting Agents and providing regular training for selling insurances policies.

Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives for the channel.

Achieving the targets assigned and maintaining sound relations with the clients and agent.

Managing any claims investigations.

Great Networking abilities.

Licensing tracking and activation of the agents.

Maintaining sound relationships with the agents and provide regular product and process training of them.

Should be target oriented.

Preferred Candidate :

At least 1 year experience in any sales vertical/agency /insurance product.

Should be comfortable for field sales.

Full time graduate/Diploma with 3 years (10+2+3years)

Perks and benefit:

5 days working.

Travelling allowance flat amount with no target against for 6 months.

Mediclaim and term life insurance for self and family.

Candidate will be on the payroll of the organization.
