Job Description

1. Conduct train the trainer programme for master supervisors and trainers of partners
2. Carry out revalidation training for Jio giga fiber associates, engineers and supervisors
3. Execute performance coaching and on-field mentoring
4. Manage trainings on how to handle premium customers for Jio fiber engineers
5. Articulate and draft actual field scenarios and share them with teams at head-quarters
6. Support national head quarter teams in designing vernacular content
7. Plan and execute buddy ride with newly hired master supervisors
8. Ensure handholding of master supervisors for first 30 days
9. Monitor and audit buddy ride and certification for Jio fiber engineers / associates
10. Drive periodic audit of training infrastructure readiness at partner premises
11. Lead audit of training batches at Jio center and partner premises
12. Conduct periodic recertification of trainers and facilitators
13. Pilot mock home readiness with all connected devices
