Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handle end to end Talent Acquisition through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines.
2. Closing of NHQ Vacant Positions as per Reacquisitions received from Hiring Managers
3. Manage Contract Extensions, PIP, Attendance, Incentive Payouts, Hirings and Overall operations PAN India Geography Staffs
4. Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes.
5. Support in data collation and preparation of reports Daily Weekly and Monthly
6. Handle Employee Grievances by coordination with Concern Teams.
7. Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives
8. Handled Employee engagement activity.
9. Sharing Daily, Fortnightly and Weekly reports.
