Work Location - Jubilee Hills, Corporate Office.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for execute, to review, update, processing, finalization and reconciliation of Key Accounts related F&A systems of all sales offices. Also responsible for checking & verification of receivables and Process for timely payment as per the schedule and conduct aging analysis and follow-up of outstanding amounts with the Key Account customers in co-ordination with sales offices. Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolving all outstanding debts.
Key Result Areas:
- Execute, monitor, maintain records &review the entire Key Accounts and follow up with all SOs.
- Reconciliation of Inter segmental accounts and Sales realization of all Sales Offices.
- Effective Coordination in Finalization of Terms of Trade/agreements with Key accounts.
- Manage Accounts receivables, Responsible for debt collection and resolving all outstanding debts.
- Promote and Develop the Sales through Key Customers.
- Review & Improve on the Service SLAs to ensure there is no impact on losses in storage & revenue.
- Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency increase
- Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth, Operational Performance metrics
- Reconciliation and Closure of shipments on time
- Collection of Payments on time
- Coordination in Internal & Statutory Audits and rectifications on audit queries.
- Engage in market mapping, corporate requirement Analysis, Cost - benefit analysis, Feasibility/profitability Analysis, Proposal design and Negotiating on Commercials toward Closure of Account.
- Provide timely information necessary to all internal departments to meet the external customers needs.
- Support internal stakeholders to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
- Ownership of category P&L, including all budgets, forecasts and management reporting
Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
Desired Candidate Profile:
B.Com (Mandatory) & M.Com / MBA - Finance
10 - 15 years of experience in Dairy / FMCG Sales
Note: Male candidates shall be preferred.
