Education /
Qualifications

Graduate with Finance major
1 to 2 years of Finance and Accounting Experience
Good Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel

Skills

Good Communication skills
Result oriented.
Knowledge of ERP like Lawson, Oracle will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

Performs day to day Accounts payable activities.
Process vendor invoices & employee T&E claims as per the SLA
Ensures no compromise in Quality and accuracy.
Provide inputs to further refine SOP.
Adheres to the set process SLAs.
Identify queries in the invoices and status update to Supervisor.
Generation of system-based AP reports

2 to 5 years of Finance and Accounting Experience
Good Knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel

Skills

Good analytical & communication skills
Result oriented.
Good domain expertise
Knowledge of ERP like Lawson, Oracle will be a plus

Job Responsibilities

Performs day to day Accounts payable activities.
Ensures no compromise in Quality and accuracy.
Adheres to the set process SLAs.
Create / update SOP from time to time.
Suggest process improvement ideas.
Provide inputs to further refine SOP.
Provide support to Team Lead in ad hoc requests & system-based
reports.
Handle Vendor and employee queries. (Email)
