Job Description

Responsible for Booking and Processing of Travel Expenses on monthly basis.
Responsible for booking Vendor Invoices on Daily basis whenever it comes to accounts and processing of Vendors Invoices related to corporate office on twice in a week.
Responsible for Booking of Depot Expenses on Monthly Basis (Loading, Unloading, Freight charges and Depot rents).
Responsible for Processing of Credit Card expenses of corporate office / Preparing of Foreign Travel Expenses Report.
Responsible for Monthly Working of CTC Reimbursement and Processing the Vouchers for Corporate and Other Locations.
Vendor Reconciliation and Imprest Ledger Reconciliation on Monthly Basis.
Responsible for Booking of Receipts of payment from customers.
Preparing Monthly Report on Expenses (Depot Expenses, Freight charges, Travel expenses of field staff
