- Looking for Cluster Head Gurgaon, Banca Channel Indian Bank
- Experience- 4-8 years (PSU bank experience of atleast 3 years, experience of architecture in Bank service)
- Age upto 34 years
- Team handling experience of atleast 3 years
- Job Location- Gurgaon

- The Cluster Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branches in Open Architecture

- Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches

- Support the RO (FLS) in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc.

- The Bank is the key customer of the Cluster Manager and he has to
engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch
Managers/officers/staff

- Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to
transfer knowledge about insurance, JV Companys product offerings and
understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)

- Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and
customers are satisfied.

Ctc- 8 lacs onwards
