2. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, and development etc.
3. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems, and tactics
4. Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
5. Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
6. Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
7. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
8. Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
9. Report to senior management by analysing data and using HR metricsSalary As per industry standards. Commensurate with qualification and experience
