We are looking for dynamic business and quality-oriented managers for several regions across India. Applicants are expected to have an in-depth understanding of business, client management, government processes, and experience in the skilling ecosystem in India.
Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
- Increasing the base of telecom sector training centers, and their placements
- Developing quotes and proposals for RFP /EOI. Submission of proposals
- CSR projects execution
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives to find new opportunities
- Developing more and more industrial connections for placement focus
- Increasing the value of the current business while attracting new ones
- Developing the Centre of excellence for quality training
- Build and grow relationships with SSDM, other departments, Training Partners, and Industry partners and follow up on new projects
- Manage and be accountable for all specific processes, activities, and outcomes. This includes revenue, Collections, and Payments processes from the region
- Monitor quality for all training projects and ensure delivery as per TSSC standards.
- Be effective in outcomes while balancing efficiency goals and revenue targets.
- To prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports vis-a-vis the annual operating plan for that region
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
- Experience of handling government projects
- Experience in standardizing processes, delivering on outcomes through a relentless focus on standards/quality/timelines
- Ex-serviceman or Telecom industry veteran
- Manage internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), analytical & problem-solving skills
